This big meat grinder slicer is made from stainless steel (food contact area and blade) and has large rubber legs for stability. The smooth sliding carriage makes for effortless slicing and the numeric control allows for precision cutting up to 7/16" thick. The slicer has a cutting capacity of 5-3/4" x 8" The slicer is powered by a 250 watt motor. 110V power and also has a built in blade sharpener. Slicer weighs 47 lbs. and is 18-7/8" L x 16" H. x 16-1/2" D.
